Traci loves to help families relocate to this area for work or retirement. As a million dollar producer PLUS for many years, Traci strives to do her best in every aspect of real estate.

Personal
As a spouse of a builder and developer, Traci then began her studies in real estate with the same enthusiasm she had for teaching. Education is key even in real estate. Traci has earned her degree as a Residential Construction Certified, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, GRI, and currently working on her CRS and Broker License. She goes the extra mile for every client and loves the satisfaction of helping others find the perfect home, vacation home, or to sell their personal home. Traci is on YOUR SIDE of every transaction!

As an undergraduate of the University of TN in 1990 in Biology and Chemistry, Traci was determined to make a difference. She began teaching science and soon finished her Master’s degree from Carson Newman College. As a spouse of a builder and developer, Traci then began her studies in real estate with the same enthusiasm she had for teaching. She goes the extra mile for each client and loves the satisfaction of helping others find the perfect home or to sell their home. Traci has a dedication to educating her buyers and sellers as well with equipping them with the tools to make the best financial decisions. Traci has experience in selling farms, restuarants, land, resort homes, condos, investments properties, foreclosures, new construction homes, and resale residential homes. Traci is a multi-million dollar producer and holds the designations of CRS, GRI, RRC, and SRES. Hammontree Tri County was created in order that Traci can serve her clients in the THREE major MLS systems (Knox, Morristown, and Sevier) by providing more searches for buyers and triple the exposures for her sellers.
